Per retired in 2001 from Nordgraf A/S, where he has been production manager since 1999. Educated and trained in printing and graphics and holds a bachelor in media production and management from The Danish School of Media and Journalism. Per has held technical, production and management positions at several companies within the graphical industry throughout his career and started his own full-service printing business in 1986 and ran it until he sold it in 1991.
A Rotarian since 1999 and a member of Aarup Rotary Club, district 1461. Per served as RI Director 2014-2016, RI Treasurer 2015-2016 and TRF Trustee 2018-2022.
From 1995 to 1996 Per served as national president of Round Table Denmark and as Rotarian he has served his district as Assistant Governor, green jacket District Governor 2007-2008, District Rotary Foundation Chair, District Polio Coordinator and as his district COL representative in two terms.
For 6 years Per he has represented the five Danish districts as a member of the board of Directors of the official Rotary magazine Rotary Norden – two of those he served as the chair of the board. During his term at Rotary Norden he served as the Chair of the committee for digital development of Rotary Norden.
Per has served as The Presidents representative several times and he is a receiver of the Regional Service Award for a Polio Free World, Citation for Meritorious Service and TRF Distinguished Service Award. In 2020 Per received the first degree-sign from Rotary in Lithuania for his service to the Lithuanian community and development of Rotary in Lithuania.
Since 2022 Per has served as the Vice Chair to End Polio Now countdown to History committee and is currently serving as a member of the WASH Partnership liaison committee.
Per is accompanied by his wife Anette, a committed member of Assens Rotary Club who was District Governor (2012–2013), served as End Polio Now Zone Coordinator for three years, and is now Endowment Gift Adviser in Zone 18. They are both multiple Paul Harris Fellows, Major Donors, Bequest Society Members, Paul Harris Society members, and Benefactors to The Rotary Foundation, reflecting their dedication to Rotary’s mission.
Dr. "Bowtie" Todd Jenkins
Dr. “Bowtie” Todd Jenkins is a globally recognized Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion executive, leadership strategist, and founder of Bowtie Leadership, Inc. Known for his signature bowtie and his ability to connect across cultures, generations, and industries, Dr. Jenkins brings a rare blend of academic rigor, global perspective, and heartfelt servant leadership to every space he enters.
He currently serves as a senior DEI Executive at a Fortune 100 company and as a Global Inclusion Trainer and Strategist, partnering with organizations such as Walmart, Google, Facebook, American Airlines, Deloitte, and numerous nonprofits and entrepreneurial ventures. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Science from Illinois State University, and a Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, where his research centred on minority professionals, retention, and supervisor perceptions in the workplace. He later completed post-doctoral studies at Harvard University as a Harvard Fellow, contributed to Harvard Business School as a Senior Researcher, and continues research as an Applied Psychologist.
A proud Rotarian since 2012, Dr. Jenkins embodies Rotary’s spirit of service and global citizenship. “Dr. Jenkins is a proud Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow from the Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, since 2012; he has served as the former Rotaract Advisor, Interact Sponsor, RYLA presenter, Youth Services Chair…” His Rotary leadership spans district, zone, and international levels, including serving as one of the youngest Youth Exchange District Chairs in Rotary International. His passion for youth development began with his own New Generations Exchange to Brazil—an experience that continues to shape his commitment to cross cultural understanding and global peacebuilding.

Keithlin Caroo-Afrifa
Keithlin Caroo-Afrifa is a Saint Lucian social entrepreneur and the founder and Executive Director of Helen’s Daughters, an organization empowering women in agriculture across the Caribbean. Inspired by her upbringing in a farming family, she launched Helen’s Daughters in 2016 to ensure that women farmers receive the training, visibility, and market opportunities needed to thrive.
Through her leadership, thousands of women farmers across the region have been trained and supported, strengthening food security, economic opportunity, and community resilience. Her work also includes disaster response and advocacy to ensure that the voices of farmers are represented in conversations about agriculture and development.
Keithlin’s leadership has earned her international recognition, including being named an Ashoka and Echoing Green Fellow, Forbes Island Innovator, recipient of an MBE, and IICA Goodwill Ambassador for Sustainable Development.
Keeghan Patrick
Keeghan Patrick is a visionary entrepreneur, technologist, and changemaker, widely recognized as one of the Caribbean’s 30 Under 30 and 35 Under 35. As co-founder and CEO of Orbtronics and Rifbid, Keeghan has built pioneering ventures that are driving digital transformation, youth empowerment, and procurement reform across the Caribbean.
Through his leadership, Orbtronics has become a regional leader in the innovation ecosystem, spearheading projects that connect government, private sector, and youth in building the Caribbean’s digital future. At Rifbid, he is revolutionizing government procurement, improving efficiency and unlocking opportunities for businesses of all sizes.
Keeghan’s impact extends far beyond his ventures. He has trained and mentored hundreds of young people, launched innovation hubs to fuel entrepreneurship, and raised significant investment to accelerate the Caribbean’s tech ecosystem. His thought leadership has also taken him to global stages in the United States, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean, where he shares insights on innovation, resilience, and inclusive growth. His most recent endeavor is his upcoming book, “Premature Millionaire”, where he distills years of entrepreneurial lessons into a guide for creating wealth and opportunity.
