When is Rotary District Conference 2026?
Where is Rotary District Conference being held?

Rotary District 7030 President-Elect Learning Seminar 2026 and Rotary District 7030 Conference 2026 are held in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia. P.E.L.S. Will be held at the Harbor Club resort in Rodney Bay, while the Conference will be held at the Royalton Resort in Gros Islet.
What is P.E.L.S. / S.F.P.E.

Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar is a series of training seminars coordinated by the District Governor-Elect for incoming presidents, secretaries and board members. Some sessions may be held online in the weeks prior to the conference, culminating in the in-person sessions in Saint Lucia.
Who needs to attend?

It is required that all incoming presidents and secretaries attend P.E.L.S. on behalf of their club. Other incoming board members and regular members may voluntarily attend P.E.L.S. at their own expense.

Any Rotarian, Rotaractor or Partner-in-Service may attend Conference.

What is the cost of attending?

The cost depends on the option selected and when it is purchased. Persons attending both P.EL.S. and Conference should select the Conference and PELS option. Those only attending Conference should select the Conference Only option. The earlier the ticket is purchased the lower the cost. Rotarians can save up to 40% if they take advantage of the Early Bird special. Tickets for Rotaractors and Partners-in-Service will remain the same until registration closes.

Can I register multiple people at once?

You can register multiple people at the same time. After entering your information you can add additional persons and enter their name and contact information. Individual tickets will be created for each person registered. The payment for all persons will be processed at once.
What happens when I register
What does the conference fee cover?

The Conference fee includes attendance at the Opening Ceremony, Conference sessions, snacks and lunch at the conference venue, certain specific evening events, the Closing Ceremony, and pickup and drop off between the airport and partner conference hotels.

The Conference and PELS fee include everything in the Conference fee, and attendance at the PELS sessions including snacks and lunch.

Other events are at attendees’ own expense. Hotel accommodation is not included and has to be booked separately. Transportation from a location other than an official partner hotel is at the attendees’ expense.
What are the schedule of activities for P.E.L.S. / S.F.P.E. and Conference?
Where do I stay? (Partner Hotels)

The official partner hotels for District 7030 PELS and Conference 2026 are the Harbor Club, Bay Gardens Hotel, Bay Gardens Inn, Bay Gardens Marina Haven, and Coco Palm. Special rates are available for Rotarians and Rotaractors during the PELS and Conference dates. Links to book these venues are on the Accommodation page.

PELS will be held and the Harbor Club, while Conference will be at the Royalton Resort. Transportation to and from the airport, to and from the PELS and Conference locations, and certain select evening events to the partner hotels is provided.

Anyone staying at a non-partner location would either need to find their own way or get to one of the partner hotels at the appointed time for pickup and drop off.

When should I arrive / depart?

If you are attending PELS and Conference you should ideally arrive by April 21st and depart on April 26th. If you are only attending Conference you should arrive by April 23rd and leave on the 26th.

If arriving on the 23rd it is advised to arrive early in the day in order to attend the Opening Ceremony that evening.
