This is both a privilege and a responsibility, and whether you are a new or repeat President-elect, or Club Secretary-elect, you are expected to attend the President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS).<\/p><p>PELS is essentially designed to prepare Club Presidents and Club Secretaries for their roles, providing that necessary foundation for an effective and strong Rotary year but it is also filled with learning and networking opportunities for ALL of our Incoming Club Leaders.<\/p><p>Attending the President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) is the very best way to ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be a successful Club Leader.<\/p><p>This Year, PELS 2025 is additionally open to:<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Satellite Club Chair and Secretary Elects (or Satellite Club Representatives)<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">All Incoming Club Committee Chairs (or Committee Representatives)<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">A reminder that attendance at PELS is mandatory for every club President-Elect as per the Rotary International Standard Club Constitution, Article 9, Section 5 (c), unless excused by the Governor-elect. If excused, the President-Elect shall send a club representative (unless alternative training arrangements have been made for the President-Elect with the Governor-Elect).<\/span><\/p><p>Attend PELS and be inspired.
